We are happy to accept returns within 30 days of delivery date of your item under the following circumstances:
UK Customers
To request a return, please use our Returns Portal.
Please note, you will be responsible for the cost of returning any items.
Refunds
We'll refund your item via your original payment method.
Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund.
When we've completed your refund, we'll send you an email to let you know.
Exchanges
You may request an exchange for an alternative size of the same product which will be sent out to you at no additional cost, subject to stock availability*.
To request an exchange please follow the steps in the returns portal, select the refund option and provide the relevant details for your exchange in the comment box.
*If no stock of the requested size is available at the time of processing your exchange a refund will automatically be processed.
Refunds are issued back to the debit or credit card used at checkout.
We are very sorry you received a faulty item and are happy to refund or replace faulty items within 14 days of the delivery date of your item. Please contact our customer service team at hello@mathanuk.com with your name, order number and photo evidence of the fault. We will work quickly to get this resolved for you.
Please allow up to 7 business days to receive your refund. The refund will be made on to the same payment method used in your original purchase.
We will always refund the original payment amount for all items meeting the refund criteria. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
