SHIPPING

The information provided is for guidance in the event of no significant delays.

Once your parcel has been despatched from our warehouse, it will take:

  • UK Royal Mail Tracked 24 (1-2 business days): £4.99
  • UK Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2-3 business days): £3.99

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays.

All orders placed before 6pm UK time will be dispatched the following day.

Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, may only be shipped on Monday. 

We currently only ship to UK customers – we’re sorry, we are working on this!

Once you have placed your order, we will send you an order confirmation email with your tracking link so you can see the status of your order.

How long does shipping take?

I haven’t received a confirmation email and I placed my order over 24 hours ago, what shall I do?

These sometimes go into the spam/junk folders so please check this first and if you still do not have it, do email customer service at hello@mathanuk.com with your name and they will be able to help locate your order details.

How can I check my order status?

After your order is dispatched, you will be sent tracking information. 

My tracking number isn’t working, what shall I do?

Please allow 24 hours for your tracking number to activate as the number may not be valid until your order is picked up by the courier. If it's still not working, please contact hello@mathanuk.com with your name and order number.

My items still haven’t been shipped and I haven’t received a refund, what shall I do?

Please contact hello@mathanuk.com with your name and order number.

Can I change my order?

We cannot guarantee that we will be able to change any orders due to the quick processing time of our fulfilment team please contact hello@mathanuk.com as soon as possible with your order number and requested amends and we will do our best to help you.

Do you offer Student Discount?

Currently we do not offer student discount - we’re sorry, we are working on this!

Where do you ship from?

We ship UK orders domestically from the UK.

Which countries do you ship to?

Currently only ship to the UK - we’re sorry, we are working on this!

Is my payment information safe?

Payment information is processed securely by Shopify Payments. No card details are transferred to or held by MATHAN. All transactions take place via connections secured with the latest industry-standard security protocols.

RETURNS

We are happy to accept returns within 30 days of delivery date of your item under the following circumstances:

  • The item has been purchased via the MATHAN website.
  • The item is returned in its original condition, unworn with tags in their original packaging.
  • Multiple orders are not combined and are individually returned using the correct unique return labels.
  • Details of the return request have been entered into our returns portal and approved as detailed below.

UK Customers

To request a return, please use our Returns Portal.

Please note, you will be responsible for the cost of returning any items.

Refunds

We'll refund your item via your original payment method.

Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund.

When we've completed your refund, we'll send you an email to let you know.

Exchanges

You may request an exchange for an alternative size of the same product which will be sent out to you at no additional cost, subject to stock availability*. 

To request an exchange please follow the steps in the returns portal, select the refund option and provide the relevant details for your exchange in the comment box.

*If no stock of the requested size is available at the time of processing your exchange a refund will automatically be processed.

I have asked for a refund. How will I be refunded?

Refunds are issued back to the debit or credit card used at checkout.

Can I return a faulty item?

We are very sorry you received a faulty item and are happy to refund or replace faulty items within 14 days of the delivery date of your item. Please contact our customer service team at hello@mathanuk.com with your name, order number and photo evidence of the fault. We will work quickly to get this resolved for you.

How long will my refund take?

Please allow up to 7 business days to receive your refund. The refund will be made on to the same payment method used in your original purchase.

Will I be refunded the full amount originally paid?

We will always refund the original payment amount for all items meeting the refund criteria. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
