From her early years in the pool competing for England, to discovering new challenges across running, triathlon and now HYROX, Kate’s journey is defined by curiosity and growth, not finish lines.

What makes Kate stand out isn’t just what she’s achieved, it’s how she carries herself through each chapter. She trains hard, but she leads with humility. She competes, but never loses the joy. And she proves daily that you don’t need to choose between ambition and real life. You can have both, and do both well.

Outside of racing, Kate is a full-time teacher, a partner, a daughter, a friend. The same energy she brings to the start line, she brings to her classroom and her community. She shows that being an athlete isn’t about a title, it’s a mindset, a way of living with intention, and a commitment to becoming your best in every area of life.
